    • Boardlist provides a platform for users to list, discover, and connect regarding surfboards and surf-related equipment. Boardlist is not a party to any transaction between users.
    • Users are solely responsible for verifying item condition, authenticity, pricing, and trade or sale details before completing a transaction.
    • Boardlist does not guarantee the quality of items, the accuracy of listings, or the successful completion of trades or sales.

    D. Prohibited Activities

    • Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity on the platform is prohibited.
    • Scraping data, using bots, or attempting to manipulate listings, rankings, or platform data is not allowed.
    • Uploading malicious code, attempting to disrupt platform performance, or interfering with other users’ access is prohibited.

    E. Intellectual Property

    • Users retain ownership of the content they upload to Boardlist, including images and listing descriptions.
    • By uploading content, users grant Boardlist a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content for platform-related purposes.
    • All Boardlist branding, logos, trademarks, and platform content remain the property of Boardlist.

    F. Limitation of Liability

    • Boardlist is not liable for any losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from user interactions, listings, or transactions.
    • The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues, and Boardlist is not responsible for any resulting inconvenience or loss.

    G. Privacy

    User data collection and usage are governed by Boardlist’s separate Privacy Policy.

    By using the platform, users consent to the storage and processing of their data as described in that policy.

    H. Termination

    • Boardlist may suspend or terminate user access at any time, with or without prior notice, if these Terms of Use or other policies are violated.
    • Users may delete their accounts at any time through the platform.

    I. Dispute Resolution

    • Boardlist is a platform that connects users but does not participate in, facilitate, or resolve disputes arising from transactions between users.
    • Users are solely responsible for resolving any disputes, disagreements, or issues that arise from their interactions, trades, or sales with other users.
    • Boardlist does not provide mediation, arbitration, or dispute resolution services of any kind.
    • Users are encouraged to communicate clearly, document transactions, and take appropriate precautions when engaging in trades or sales.

    K. Indemnification

    • User's content, listings, or conduct on the platform;
    • User's transactions, interactions, or disputes with other users;
    • User's infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights or other rights.

    L. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

    The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.
